[- Xmas Party! -]
xmas is approaching soon! actually xmas is never a very special occasion to mi. i always treat it as a normal PH for mi to rest. but somehow this year it feels a little different. and i guess what contributed mainly to this is the xmas party that Shell organized. partly should be cuz of the gift exchange thingy going on. so far i've got 4 gift exchange le. 1 down, 3 more gifts to buy. i will have a hard time hunting for gifts le. lols.
anyway the design office organized an advance xmas party on friday. people from the design office and inspection department are invited, including the 4 of us students. i really enjoyed the party. it was fun! everything was only planned this week and it was a complete success. we were only informed about the gift exchange on wednesday and we had only 2 days to hunt for the xmas gifts. everyone will fill in the wishlist, stating what you wish to get. and the person who draw your name is supposed to hunt for what you want just within 2 days! some of the gifts were really difficult to hunt for. and the 4 of us spent both wednesday and thursday hunting for the gifts. but eventually we managed to fulfill all their wishes =D

anyway jason was the big winner of the day. he got the 3rd price for lucky draw and 1st prize for the paper dance game together with his partner benny! li hai ba. hahas. cong xiao and zeng geng also got their wishes fulfilled. my wishlist was.. 'anything for a 19yr old girl except for barbie dolls and soft toys'. lols. and my sup got mi a wallet. but too bad i couldnt receive it personally from him cuz he's too busy to attend the party. so sad can =( . my sup is my ou xiang wor. he's a very nice sup. he looks so 'zai' lars. in fact he's a very 'zai' engineer. and i really respect him alot =)
tadang! snowflakes snowflakes! these are the snowflakes that four of us helped them to cut for decoration purpose. niceee right! i love snowflakes. so niceee ehh.
yummylicious! i brought cong xiao jason and zeng geng to hong kong cafe to try out the desserts after successfully hunting for all the xmas gifts. it's mango snow ice and strawberry snow ice! it was my first time trying the strawberry one and it was really nice! sweet sweet de. the best desserts that i've ever eaten. it's a MUST try. if i didnt remember wrongly it's around $6.90. but it's definitely worth the price! but one thing to take note. do bring a jacket along or sth cuz i can guarantee you half way through eating you will feel very very cold de. lols. here's a close-up of the strawberry snow ice.
