struggling with assignments and exams alongside full-time work is never an easy task.
but i've made it through my 3 years of part-time study.
after so much hard work, i've officially graduated!
i can finally call myself a Social Worker, a dream career of my passion.
to be precise, i'm now a Medical Social Worker.
i know how tough my transition would be.
the learning curve is steep, the caseload is high, the case issues are pressing and intense by nature, and work expectations are much higher.
on a more privileged side, at least i know what to expect.
at least i'm still in a familiar work environment with familiar faces, so i believe the support will be there.
as much as being anxiety-stricken, i'm looking forward to new learning opportunities to unfold.
how sweet of my SWA teamies to present me this little gift filled with well wishes.
they are an awesome bunch of people i enjoy working with.
and i will really miss being in a team with them.
really thankful for the many well wishes, advice and assurance from my dear friends and colleagues.
i've even received text greeting from a colleague who's away on maternity leave.
they boosted up my confidence and gave me so much strength to begin my new learning journey.
tough it may be, i believe i can survive with the right attitude and a passion-driven mind.
